PayNudge is operated by PayNudge. We want you to be happy with the Service. If it isn't a fit, you can request a full refund within the window below.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
All payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe.
- Open the order and choose the refund option, or reply to the Paddle receipt email to contact support.
- You can also contact us directly from inside your PayNudge account and we'll help you through the process.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, your subscription will be cancelled and access to the Service will end. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from inside PayNudge or via paddle.net. If a renewal charge catches you off guard, contact us within the 30-day window and we'll work with you on a refund.
